Terms And Conditions


  • Rudraksha Aviation Pvt. Ltd. Reserves the right to postpone/ Cancel flight /Timings of flying subjected to weather conditions/ Helicopter Technical Fault/ Pilot illness.
  • Any night stay due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
  • Full amount has to be deposited 20 days prior to date of journey.
  • In case, If you have any extra luggage you can keep it at your Hotel cloak room.
  • Children above the age of 1 year will be considered full ticket
  • There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens
  • 20 days prior notice is required for special pooja like Maha-Abhishek Pooja (5500/- Per Person approx.) & Rudra Abhishek Pooja (5500/- per group) on additional chargeable basis.
  • Any donations, tips, pitthu, extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers
  • Aadhar card copies are to be shared by all Indian Passenger and passport in case of foreign nationals.
  • In case the Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, the Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded
  • In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side the booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking is required which is subject to availability of seats.
  • The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
  • The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or unforeseen reasons.
  • Rudraksha Aviation Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in own interest, Passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical kit check up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition. If Medical evacuation by Helicopter is needed, it will be chargeable @1,25,000/- Per Hrs. Plus GST.
  • OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY - Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 1000/kg per Kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg (I.e. 5kg X 1000 = 5,000) Passenger should paid amount before departure or paid at helipad. This amount will be charge per body weight not helicopter weight according.
  • COVID 19 Case- In case passenger found Covid positive before the flight, his/her flight cancel with no refund policy. In any case of government restriction, the yatra called off, then amount will be refunded.
  • There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 2 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the Helicopter.
  • Passengers should carry only handbags, as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
  • At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
  • All temples in Char Dham (Uttarakhand, India) are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
  • Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance to service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
  • Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
  • Passengers are required to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking.
  • In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/ requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
  • This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled departure on each day of the tour as briefed by our staff.
  • Passengers are requested to book their return flight late in the evening or next day

Cancellation Policy


  • If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following cancellation on charges
  • Up to 30 days before Journey 30% of amount
  • Up to 20 days before Journey 50% of amount
  • Up to 15 days before Journey No Refund
  • No Show No Refund
