Second half of your day will captivate your heart as you are heading towards a beautiful destination, Badrinath. Feel the cool breeze and soothing chants of priests as you embark into the Badrinath temple for Darshan. Be dazzled by the breathtaking sights of Badrinath and you’ll be transferred to the hotel for delectable lunch. Guidelines For Passengers

---

• Maximum 06 Passengers/Guests will be allowed in 01 Helicopters.
• Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
• At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
• Both temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry regular medical kits.
• Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• Total passengers weight should not be more than 420 KG. (Per person 80kg)

Terms And Conditions

• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
• Any extra night halt due to bad weather will be borne by the client itself.
• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
• Any of the dham can be done earlier depending on weather and maunder kapat timings.
• Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
• Rescheduling of booking can be done prior to 15 days of journey date and is subject to availability with 25% extra charges. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges
• 30 days before Journey --- 30% of amount
• In between 15 to 30 days before journey --- 70% of amount
• In between 0 to 15 before Journey --- No Refund

Important Terms and Conditions

• Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with a maximum 3Kg to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.
• The Aviation travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it in the Hotel cloakroom.
• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full tickets.
• There is no provision of concession tickets for children or senior citizens.
• The full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.
• In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.
• In Case of Rescheduling, The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to the Availability of Seats.
• Cancelation can be done at least 15 days before the date of the journey
• If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled before 15 Days 25% of the amount will be refunded.
• All extras (food, beverages, and any other services) ordered by the customer will be at their expense.
• Any meals, or services not utilized, or partly utilized are non-refundable.
• The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.
• The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control.
• The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.
• The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in the Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.

Guidelines For Passengers:

• Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high-altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
• Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight was found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be deboarded & canceled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
• In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & Central governments would have to be adhered to by all the pilgrims for their own as well as other safety & health.
